Got a minute? Take a look at what’s working in an online business for me...
Finding your niche is important not just in network marketing but in all aspects of online marketing and branding. Until narrow your focus down to your niche people just don’t feel like you’re taking directly to them I see so many small business owners trying to be “all things to all people” never realizing that by not slicing up the pie and focusing just on a segment of it (their niche) that they’re greatly hindering their chances for success.
In other words, it’s harder to experience success as a “jack of all trades”. I totally agree Marty.
Hi Eldon,
Good advice. I had such a hard time getting started because I was all over the place with so many different interests. Once someone finally decides on their “niche” things start coming together and working.
Have a great evening. Monna
That about sums it up Monna, you have to focus down some and speak to a defined group that is anxious to hear your message.
Looking forward to reading more. Great blog post.Truly looking forward to find out more. Much obliged.
Hi Eldon,
Excellent interview – Rachel had some really good advice, and the interview was just the right length. The whole “niche” idea is so important, and I find it too easy to keep redefining my niche until expands to include everybody!
Thanks for an enlightening podcast.
Alan
The interesting thing I find when it comes to a Niche is that it is more like a groove, find your groove and ironically you will impact on more lives and it will expand … but the panic people feel to define what they do as a groove is interesting as there is this need within them that says if I don’t serve everyone I have failed but they are setting themesleves up for a hard road trying to be all things to all people… 😉 Haven’t heard the podcast but have bookmarked for later… thank you for an inspiring post Eldon!
