For your MLM business to be successful and make money for you, you must become good at the art of MLM lead generation. You need lots of leads and prospects over time to keep your business growing.
Many of your prospects will be checking out multiple opportunities, so it boils down pretty much to a numbers game. Get as many leads in your funnel as you can, and a certain percentage will be “right” for you and your business.
There are many ways to attract leads for your MLM opportunity. Today I want to share one particular MLM lead generation tip that works if you are consistent with it. This is simple and only takes a few minutes daily.
MLM Lead Generation Tips
Commenting on popular posts you find on MLM and network marketing blogs can help you raise awareness of who you are and what you do, as well as get some decent leads for your MLM business over time.
There is a strategy you need to follow, though, to make this work.
1) Set aside time each day to do this, and set a number of blogs to comment on (5-10 a day is a good start, just be consistent).
2) Find relevant blogs to comment on using the search technique below. Stick with MLM and network marketing niche blogs, or home based business, avoid blogs on unrelated topics. You want to be where the people already interested in a home business are.
3) Look for blogs that encourage commenting. You can tell by checking out recent posts to see how many people are visiting and saying something. Focus on those where there is significant activity, as that gives your contributions the best chance to be viewed by more potential prospects.
4) Read the post you are commenting on and compose a thoughtful comment. Avoid short and meaningless comments such as “nice post” or “great point!”. These will likely not be approved as it will look like you are just wanting to get a link in there.
5) Be positive, give praise, offer compliments, focus on posting uplifting replies. Avoid engaging in debates and arguments – remember, you want to attract others, not repel them.
To find relevant blogs to comment on, use the following search in Google.
site: inurl:blog “post a comment” -”comments closed” -”you must be logged in” “your product”
Replace “your product” with a term describing the type of blog you are seeking, such as “network marketing” or “mlm” or “home business”.
When you do this search, this is what it does:
– Looks for URL’s with the word “blog” included and the term “post a comment” in the text of the blog.
– The minus signs mean it filters out blogs with the text “comments closed” or “you must be logged in”, this saves you some time sorting through them.
So give that a try and see how it goes.
